3-year Limited Warranty:

FORM FACTOR AUDIO BASS CABINET AND ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS TRANSFERABLE 3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (U.S.A. and Canada).

Form Factor Audio Inc (“FFA”) warrants that the Form Factor product you have purchased shall be free of any defects in parts and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase or initial lease, except that the failure of transducers and compression drivers due to irregular use is not covered under warranty, and that transducers and compression drivers are covered for a period of (1) year if failure occurs due to defects in parts and workmanship.

This warranty shall run to the original purchaser or lessee when purchased or leased from an Authorized Form Factor Dealer and any transferee of a retail purchaser. IMPORTANT: PLEASE RETAIN YOUR SALES RECEIPT OR LEASE, AS IT IS YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE COVERING YOUR LIMITED WARRANTY. TO TRANSFER THE WARRANTY TO A SUBSEQUENT PURCHASER, YOU MUST ENDORSE THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT TO THE SUBSEQUENT PURCHASER ON THE FRONT OF THE SALES RECEIPT. TO TRANSFER THE WARRANTY OF A PREVIOUSLY LEASED PRODUCT TO A SUBSEQUENT PURCHASER, A COPY OF THE INITIAL LEASE MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE SALES RECEIPT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT SUCH ENDORSED SALES RECEIPT OR ATTACHED LEASE.

Defective products that qualify for coverage under this warranty will be repaired or replaced, (at FFA’s discretion) with a like or comparable product, without charge. To receive warranty service, return the complete product to an Authorized FFA Electronics Service Center, with a copy of the proof of purchase, during the applicable warranty period.

The Form Factor Audio Dealer from whom you purchased your product may also be authorized for warranty service and should be the first point of contact when service is required. TRANSPORTATION COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Form Factor Audio is not responsible for shipping damage, either to or from our service center. Claims must be filed with the carrier.

Any repair or service performed by any person or entity other than an Authorized Form Factor Audio Electronics Service Center is not covered by this limited warranty. This limited warranty becomes void if the serial number on any product is defaced or removed, or the product has been damaged by alteration, misuse, accident, or neglect; or the product has been repaired or serviced by persons not authorized by Form Factor Audio.

THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY FORM FACTOR AUDIO WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Any implied warranties, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, imposed under state law are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not be applicable to you.

FORM FACTOR ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF THIS PRODUCT NOR ANY LOSS OF INCOME, SATISFACTION, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE LOSS OF USE OF SAME DUE TO DEFECTS OR AVAILABILITY OF SAME DURING SERVICE.

NOTE: This warranty applies only to products purchased and serviced within the U.S.A. and Canada. Warranties outside these countries are as defined by the authorized Form Factor Audio Distributor for your country or region, and may vary from the above in terms and/or length.
